To download Zoom - go to http://zoom.us thengo to Downloads then click on Zoom Client for Meetings you will then be able to join a class. Message Laura at: email@example.com or text 07938 398828 to get the sign in code for the class.
Please be ready for classes a few minutes early, you will be in an online "waiting room" ready for the class to start. There will be the option to have your webcam on or off during the class which you can change a any time.
Every Monday 10-11am Gentle Vinyasa Yoga
A class based loosely around the Ashtanga yoga series but with less structure and a softer, more playful approach. Each class includes some pranayama (breathing exercises); sun salutations; standing postures; seated postures; and time for meditation, or guided relaxation. A down-to earth, energising, rejuvenating class for mixed abilities including beginners.
Every Tuesday 6.15-8.15pm Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga yoga full Primary Series led class, suitable to those familiar with Ashtanga yoga or for newcomers willing to take it gently and give it a go! The series includes pranayama (breathing practices); sun salutations, standing postures, seated postures, finishing postures (including shoulder stands and headstands) and meditation with guided relaxation or Yoga Nidra to finish. A dynamic, energising, class increasing strength and flexibility whilst stilling the mind.
Every Wednesday 10-11am Gentle Yoga
A class suitable for people of ALL ages and abilities comprising gentle Hatha yoga stretches to peaceful music, and Yoga Nidra - a profoundly relaxing and rejuvenating guided meditation. With a strong emphasis on breath-work, meditation and mindfulness, this class is particularly suited to people in recovery from addictions, PTSD sufferers, older people, and women going through the menopause.
